Aromatic without being overbearing

I have purchased these chunks from other vendors but the chunks have been very large and difficult to work with. These chunks are smaller and easier to work with. They provide the ability to fine tune the amount of smoke and flavor. Used them last night and they provided just the right amount of flavor to compliment the meat. Will purchase again. Also, NorthWoods Smoke shipped quickly and package was well taped. Will purchase from them again.
