Bourbon barrel chips

I ordered a small bag of chips and found that they are the perfect compliment for flavoring meat, especially staks and other beef cuts. I have since ordered a 10 lb bag of chips and will be ordering a 10 lb bag of chunks as well. I use other woods for some smoking but the bourbon flavor is unique. After soaking the aroma of the bourbon is quite evident.
